• City of Hagan

• Douglas Coffee County Industrial Authority

  They received $2.5 million to enhance infrastructure for 67 new housing units across 36 acres. The first phase will include 40 single-family homes, with further contributions from the Industrial Authority of $83,750 and the city of Douglas at $288,813.

• Augusta Economic Development Authority

  This Authority sought $2.5 million for making improvements to roads and utilities in order to develop 55 new single-family homes on 11.5 acres. There are even plans for future phases that would add another 104 units and some commercial developments! Augusta Utilities is helping out with a $110,000 contribution.

• City of Swainsboro

  Lastly, Swainsboro has secured $2.5 million for infrastructure improvements in the Rolling Oaks Subdivision spanning 23 acres.
