Hagan is joining the party with a grant of $1,074,711 for improving the street, drainage, water, and sewer systems. This project will pave the way for 29 single-family homes on six acres, with the city contributing $62,241.

Douglas Coffee County Industrial Authority
They received $2.5 million to enhance infrastructure for 67 new housing units across 36 acres. The first phase will include 40 single-family homes, with further contributions from the Industrial Authority of $83,750 and the city of Douglas at $288,813.

This Authority sought $2.5 million for making improvements to roads and utilities in order to develop 55 new single-family homes on 11.5 acres. Lastly, Swainsboro has secured $2.5 million for infrastructure improvements in the Rolling Oaks Subdivision spanning 23 acres.
